### Which buildings and postcodes do you cover?

We run a tight patch of Central London: Canary Wharf, Shoreditch, Marylebone, Pimlico, Kings Cross and Southbank. Text us your building or postcode and we will confirm whether we cover it and which collection windows suit you. We can also collect from your concierge if you are out.

### How does pricing work, and what happens above 6kg or 8kg?

Pricing is per kilo. Your bag is weighed at intake, so you only pay for what you send. A Starter Bag covers up to 6kg and the Weekly Subscription up to 8kg. If a bag goes over, we text you the extra weight and cost before anything is charged. Collection and delivery are free on the weekly plan.

### How do you stop items getting lost or mixed up?

Your bag is weighed and photographed at intake, and again before it comes back. The same named partner handles your bag every week, not a rotating cast of couriers. If something looks wrong, you text a real person who can check the photos.

### Can you handle delicates and fragrance sensitivities?

Yes. Tell us once and we save it to your profile: fragrance-free, cold wash, no tumble dry on delicates. It is followed on every order. For items that need proper dry cleaning, such as tailored jackets, we will tell you rather than risk them.

### How does the Host Linen Service work, and is there a minimum?

Linen is bagged by set (king bed, double bed, towel set) and returned within 24 hours so you can turn a booking around fast. Pricing is per bedroom turnover, with a minimum of 8 turnovers a month. Text us your booking pattern and we will confirm it fits.
